It is with great regret that as of 18 March 2020 we had to take the decision to close Shalom House to day care patients due to the threat from Coronavirus.    We are working on plans in conjunction with Hywel Dda Health Authority for our staff to best support the wider community in the current crisis whilst continuing to support our existing patients remotely.  We are sorry but we are not able to take any new referrals at the present time.  Should you need information or support if you or a loved one have a life-limiting illness, please call 07508 842781 and leave your name and number and one of our registered nurses will call you as soon as possible.  We are not able to assist on matters relating to Coronavirus and request you to follow the latest government guidelines if you are concerned.

We would welcome any contributions small or large
