Your generous donations help us to continue providing our specialist palliative care to your local community. With less than 20% of our running costs coming from the NHS, we need to raise 80% of our funds through voluntary donations. All donations big or small make a difference to the people we care for at Shalom House.

A donation of
£10.00 could pay for: professional nail clippers for foot care.
£20.00 could pay for: transport to and from Shalom House for one or a group of patients.
£50.00 could pay for: around one third of the cost per patient per day.
£100.00 could pay for: a home visit patient assessment.
£500.00 could pay for: our energy costs for a month, including hot water for the therapy baths

Donations by Standing Order
If you prefer and have a bank account, you can make a regular donation by setting up a standing order with your bank on an annual, quarterly, or monthly basis. To set up a standing order, download this form, complete it and send it to us (not to your bank).

If you are employed, your employer might offer Give as you Earn. This is a scheme run by Charities Aid Foundation where your donation is taken directly out of your pay, before you pay tax.

Gift Aid
If you pay tax we may be able to claim extra money on top of your donation from the government through GIFT AID.
